  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

Delivery Timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹299
  • ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹299
  • ₹99 COD charges apply for Cash on Delivery orders

Delivery Coverage: We deliver pan-India through our courier partners. Some remote pin codes may have limited delivery options.

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking details are shared via SMS and email once your order is shipped
  • Track your order anytime using the tracking link provided

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
